Stuart Ayling MIMC is the Founder and Director of Vectis. Throughout his business management career Stuart has worked in and for international organisations, local businesses, family-owned operations and national companies operating Australia-wide and overseas.
Stuart is a member of both the Institute of Management Consultants and Turnaround Management Association (TMA Australia) and abides by both the IMC and TMA Code of Ethics which specifies standards of professionalism, integrity and competence.
In previous roles Stuart’s responsibilities have included management capacities in a diversity of industry sectors such as pharmaceutical, petroleum, jewellery, industrial products, steel fabrication, and manufacturing.
As a result he has personal experience with recruiting staff, managing teams, business-to-business selling, resolving management issues, and seeing how various organisational structures actually work.
He has worked with CEO’s, General Managers, Sales Managers, Principals and hundreds of business owners.
Stuart has also operated a successful consultancy, training and management coaching business for 18 years. Over this time he has worked with business leaders, management teams and employees to identify improvement opportunities, introduce effective business development activities, and produce tangible returns for clients.

The word Vectis comes from Latin, and means ‘lever’ or ‘used for leverage’. This is an apt description of our services. We help clients achieve leverage, gaining maximum impact from their efforts to grow their business.
