Devising a plan based on assuming all will proceed smoothly is easy. However in most cases implementation, even when well planned, is not always easy. It usually evolves over time as your team takes action, improves the operations of the business, solves problems and learns how to do things differently. This is all normal, it’s the Plan-Do-Check-Adapt cycle in action. That’s why clear guidance and regular management of the implementation process is essential.
